At Jacadie, each piece is created in limited quantities and produced with considered craftsmanship. Our collections are intentionally small and exclusive.
For this reason, all purchases are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is confirmed to be faulty.
We encourage clients to review all sizing and product details carefully prior to purchase. Should you require further guidance, our team is available to assist before you place your order.
Faults & Quality Concerns
Every Jacadie garment undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.
If, however, you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Your email must include:

Clear imagery of the issue

A brief description of the concern
Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

A replacement (subject to availability), or

A refund issued to the original payment method
Jacadie reserves the right to assess and determine whether an item is considered faulty.
What Does Not Constitute a Fault
The following are not considered faults:

Natural characteristics of fabric or wash

Minor loose threads

Subtle colour variations due to screen calibration or lighting

Fit or sizing preference
We recommend reviewing garment measurements carefully before purchase.
Approved Returns (Faulty Items Only)
If your return request is approved:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags must remain attached

The return must be dispatched within 7 days of approval
Failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal of the return.
International Orders
Jacadie ships worldwide.
All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for customs delays or refused shipments.
Refused parcels will not be refunded.
Final Sale
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all items are considered final sale unless confirmed faulty.
