Shipping policy

At Jacadie, each order is prepared with care and intention. As a small independent label producing limited collections, we operate on a considered fulfilment schedule.

Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During collection releases, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as a small independent label producing in limited quantities.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.

United Kingdom

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

UK orders are shipped via tracked service.

International

Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the client. Jacadie is not liable for customs delays.

 

 

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

Clients are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
